Our tanning beds fitted with KiwiSun Gold lamps are recommended for experienced tanners who want a beautiful, long-lasting golden-brown tan. They are ideal for guests whose skin type can achieve a deep tropical tone and who do not want to compromise.
KiwiSun, the innovative tanning concept
KiwiSun tanning equipment does not use halogen facial tanning lamps. Instead, we use low-pressure “spaghetti” lamps for the face, shoulders, décolletage and lower legs, which provide a gentler tanning experience than halogen lamps.
KiwiSun infrared tanning devices warm the surface of the skin with infrared light before tanning. Based on experience, this may help prepare the skin and support a more even, deeper and longer-lasting tan.
KiwiSun salons offer tanning cosmetics designed to support the tanning process while nourishing and moisturising the skin with carefully selected ingredients.

Every receptionist working in a KiwiSun salon participates in regular professional training and is required to pass a personal examination in tanning knowledge.
Several times a year, our colleagues attend central training sessions covering specialised professional subjects. They must meet strict franchise requirements and may only work in a KiwiSun salon once they have demonstrated the required skills and achieved the appropriate examination results.
