How does it work?
Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and has a role in the process of cell specialisation. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and skin. Vitamin D has a role in the process of cell division. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin B1 and biotin contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) contributes to the normal synthesis and metabolism of vitamin D and some neurotransmitters. The hairs are made up mainly of keratin protein molecules, the building block of which is amino acid methionine.

Sunflower seed oil, gelatin, wheat germ oil (cold pressed), golden millet extract, humectant (glycerol), maltodextrin (from corn, potato and tapioca), methionine, DL-alpha-tocopherol-acetate (quali®-e), calcium D-pantothenate (quali®-b), water, colouring (sulphite ammonia caramel [natural origin]), thiamin mononitrate (quali®-b), quali®-a vitamin A preparation (retinyl palmitate, antioxidant [DL-alpha-tocopherol]), starch (from rice), antioxidant (extract rich in tocopherols), quali®-d vitamin D preparation (medium-chain triglycerides, cholecalciferol, antioxidant [DL-alpha-tocopherol]), lecithin (from sunflower), D-biotin (quali®-b).
Dosage: take 1 red and 1 beige soft capsule per day with fluids. Do not chew. Can be taken at any time of the day, together or separately, on an empty stomach and after a meal. It is recommended to take the two capsules at the same time with plenty of fluids after the first meal.
